NCPC moves into the pharmaceutical trade together with Jointown

On October 10th, 2012, the joint-venture signing ceremony of the pharmaceutical trade project between North China Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, the “Pharmaceutical Leader in China”, and Jointown Pharmaceutical Group, an outstanding privately-operated pharmaceutical trade enterprise, was grandly held at Shijiazhuang World Trade Plaza Hotel - both parties signed the cooperative agreement. Jointown raised capital in NCPC International Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of North China Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, in cash, and planned to establish a leading modern pharmaceutical logistics center in the Northern China. The cooperation has complemented both parties’ advantages, and NCPC will take this opportunity to get involved in the domestic pharmaceutical commercial field by relying on the abundant experience and terminal resources of Jointown, and devoting to developing NCPC International Corp., into the first Chinese company involved in the international pharmaceutical logistics business.
